Shipping Info

How quickly will my order be sent?

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.  Dispatch times may extend during sale and promotional periods. 

How much is shipping within Australia?
Free shipping on orders over $120 AUD.  Orders under $120 AUD ship for a flat $10 AUD. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch through Australia Post. Express shipping 2-3 business days after dispatch. 
Do you ship internationally? 

LayoutHub is an easy page builder that helps merchants quickly set up an online store with any kind of page type by using our library of pre-designed layouts and blocks.

I entered the wrong shipping address — help!

Please double-check your details at checkout (we don’t want your glow going astray). If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help — however, once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes..

How do I track my order? 
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Peach’d goodies all the way to your door.
I want to cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we can not cancel or change it.

Refunds & Returns

At Peach’d, we take pride in creating high-quality beauty products you’ll love. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

When refunds or replacements ARE offered
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if your item: 
  • Is faulty or defective 
  • Arrives damaged or leaking 
  • Is not as described 
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@peachd.com.au with:
  • Your order number 
  • A brief description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
Important notes:
Products must be reported and posted back in their original condition.  We cannot accept returns on used cosmetics unless the item is faulty.  If a return is approved, we’ll provide next steps via email. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
When refunds or exchanges are NOT offered

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect shade, scent or texture preferences
  • Opened, used or tested products 
  • Items purchased incorrectly 

This policy is in place to protect all our customers and ensure product safety and hygiene.

Reactions or sensitivities
Everyone’s skin is unique — and while our products are formulated with high-quality vegan ingredients, individual sensitivities can occur. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any Peach’d product. 

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. In the event of a reaction, you may return the product for store credit, provided the item is less than 10% used upon arrival back to us. 

A skin reaction does not automatically indicate that a product is faulty. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to: 
  • Review the full ingredient list prior to purchase 
  • Avoid ingredients they know they are sensitive or allergic to 
  • Patch test before use
Can I get a refund for promotional offers?

Sorry, we are unable to honour any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding!
